Shipping

We ship our goods within Austria and Germany; to other countries on request.

All shipping methods shall be "delivery free curb". The Buyer shall be responsible for bringing the goods into the Buyer's building.
Please make sure that you have the appropriate equipment available in order to handle heavy items in particular.
All shipping data such as costs of the various rates, weights and dimensions of shipments can be found in the "Shipping costs" tab at the respective product.

Use the FAIR-TRANS rate:

For 2 products per order:
You will receive a 2% discount on the shipping costs if we can send you the products together in the same standard transport rate.
For 3 or more products per order:
You only pay for two products. The third and all further products are free of shipping costs if we can send you the products together in the same standard transport rate.
Only the two heaviest and/or bulkiest products are used to calculate the shipping costs.
Use the shopping cart to determine the exact shipping costs for your complete order.
The rate calculator at product level in the "Delivery time and shipping costs" tab applies to individual products or if we are to send you the products separately or at a rate other than the standard rate.
